1. To re-roof existing porch roof with appropriate slate roofing and associated works to provide watertight and safe access to the building. 2. To repair or replace the existing lead-lined valley gutter to main roof over main building in order to achieve water tight and weatherproof roof and also to investigate roofing problems.
