St. James the Great Church Hall, Leigh-on-Sea, Improvements

i) to refurbish the kitchen of the Church Hall including the provision of new stainless steel appliances, sinks, work tops & splash backs, & new base and cupboard units.
ii) to provide a lightning conductor system to the Church Hall, linked to the conductor protecting the adjoining Church.
