St James the Less, Pimlico – Refurbishment of Parish Centre

The project is to restore and reconfigure St James the Less Parish Centre, a large building in the heart of Pimlico, attached to the church of the same name. It is currently not in use due to heating and electrical systems having failed.There are detailed plans in place to reconfigure the layout, creating better sized rooms, toilet facilities, a bigger kitchen and resolving the health & safety problems that exist at the moment.
