St. John’s Church, Church Road, Southend-on-Sea, Roof Repairs

i) Replace loose & defective tiles as necessary to the various roof slopes on the north and south sides of the church, but excluding the sanctuary roof which is sound.
ii) Strip off the flat roof at the south-east corner of the church, replace rafters as necessary, provide thermal insulation, re-board and re-cover with Sarnafil and lead flashings. Replace lath and plaster ceiling and make good and redecorate internally and externally.
