To renovate part of the existing graveyard at St. John's Church, by laying it out as a publicly accessible sensory garden abutting and with direct pedestrian access to/from Church Road, and comprising renovated railings, trees, shrubs and grass and hedge planting, stone paving, timber pergolas and bench seating .
