St John's Community Centre, Hull - Asbestos Removal (5701/D)

St John's has recently been transformed from a deteriorated building to a new community centre. The building has been refurbished and is operational. Recently asbestos lagging to some redundant heating pipes has been discovered in an accessible underfloor area and investigation has shown this to be in a poor condition. The Trust grant will contribute towards the asbestos removal.
