St John’s Community Group

St John’s Community Group is based in its own building in Wideopen, North Tyneside, and provides a space for local community groups and activities to meet. This includes a mother and toddler group, uniformed organisations, carpet bowls, a womens group, craft groups and a luncheon club. The group was set up independently of the Church to fundraise for improvements to the hall. It is undergoing a programme of upgrades, having recently replaced its roof.
