St John's Marchwood PCC - New Church Hall (1511/D)

The existing church hall is a converted 1940s prefabricated bungalow, clad with asbestos cement panels, which is now in a very poor condition. The proposed new hall is a single storey building incorporating a main hall, smaller meeting rooms, kitchen, toilets, storeroom and lobby. LCF monies will be used towards the walls and roof.
