St Luke's Church Centre, Southend on Sea - Disabled Access Improvements (20247/D)

The project aims to improve access to the Church's community centre by installing pedestrian safety railings, block paving, bubble ramp at the main door and an aluminium electric push pad door. This will enable disabled members of the community, those with mobility problems and those with pushchairs to access the centre more easily and participate in community activities held at the centre.
