St Luke's Church, Newton Abbot - South Nave Water Ingress

The aim is to replace the lead flashing under the coping stones above the South Nave tower; insert a DCP layer in the tower where the cavity stops in order to make trays and outlet holes to displace any water ingressing the cavity; replace brickwork and repointing to the exterior; and replace the internal plasterwork with re-decoration.
