St. Luke’s Church, Southend-on-Sea, Proposed Re-modelling and Refurbishment of the Church Halls

To re-model, refurbish and extend the existing out-moded entrance lobby, cloakrooms, toilets and kitchen to provide a new lobby,meeting/training room, open plan seating/dining area, catering standard kitchen, accessible toilets and improved access to the two existing, adjoining, main halls. in addition, it is proposed to fit out a new meeting/training room and gents, ladies and disabled toilets.
