Essential repairs to the structural fabric of the church. These include repairs to windows to prevent further ingress of rainwater, repairs to external stonework, rainwater goods and to roofing and internally a major refurbishment of plaster-work also include repairs to the wall (this formed approx. £4k of overall quote by the Contractor).
