St Margaret Mary’s Parish Community Centre

The project aims to install a disabled access ramp to the front of the building, to widen openings and install a number of new doors, handrails, emergency alarm system and a toilet for disabled users, plus redecorating and fitting new floor coverings. This will create a more accessible, comfortable and welcoming environment, encouraging the community to make wider use of the building. It will also allow the use of the building to be extended to take in a range of new activities, including adult education courses, parenting programmes, parent and child courses in languages, computer use etc. and courses leading to qualifications in English and Mathematics.
