St. Margaret's Church Lime Avenue, Refurbishment of the Lower Hall Including Access Improvements

To refurbish and improve the Lower Church Hall community facilities by the construction of a new meeting room and the provision of i) energy efficient double glazed replacement windows & doors, ii) two new lifts to facilitate access for all users, iii) new air conditioning & ventilation systems, iv) new external & internal lighting , plumbing and security systems, v) flooring repairs and new floor coverings, vi) roof repairs and vii)redecoration throughout.
