St Marks Hall, Pendlebury – Solar Panel and Battery Installation (007824)

St Mark’s Parish Hall is in need of repair and upgrade to enable it to support the local community. The building was built in 1955 and there are issues with the roof, the 40+ years old boiler, plumbing and failing emergency and general lighting. The scheme will see St. Mark’s Hall transformed with a new roof, Solar PV Panels, internally new insulated ceiling, LED Lighting, and Infra Red Heating.
