St Marks Refurbishment of Communal Hub

To provide a community space for all sections of the public whilst offering a reach out mission to the vulnerable in the Thornaby community and beyond To refurbish the community section of the church to fit with its community purpose and events including a lunch club, food bank, a warm, heated space for those suffering abject poverty due to rising energy costs daily throughout the winter months. Offer a friendship group one day per week in partnership with social services.. To offer the facility to mother & toddler groups, activity groups, homeless organisations, and those working with the elderly, vulnerable and young people enduring mental health problems.
