St Mary Magdalene's Community Centre Development

The overall aim of the project is to modernise the Church Hall and make it a fit for purpose community centre meeting modern standards and expectations. Includes; - Modification of the internal layout to substantially increase capacity by the provision of additional areas for concurrent activities. - Provision of new disabled, female and male toilets. - Upgrade of services including power distribution, lighting, heating/ventilation, hot/cold water supplies and drainage. - Implementation of the requirements of the Fire Risk Assessment with the provision of smoke detection/audible/visual alarms, signage, emergency lighting and fire fighting equipment. - Improvements for disabled access - provision of new floor finishes and internal decoration
