St Mary Magdalene’s Hall, Warrington – Car Park Resurfacing

The project is to resurface the car park with tarmac (including marked spaces) and to install a bike rack. It will ensure all surface water is managed, to avoid run off and flooding, by the installation of suitable drainage and under surface ducting and cabling for future car charge points.

To enable ongoing car-park use during school run periods, to improve traffic flow and safety, to ease access for those with mobility issues and reduce the risk of trips and falls, to improve the appearance of the hall and local area, to provide cycle storage and to enable future car charge points.
