St Mary of Charity, Faversham – Trinity Chapel and South Aisle Roof Repairs

The aim of the project is to affect emergency repairs to the roof of the Trinity Chapel and South Aisle following damage by death watch beetle and failure of medieval timber structure. The Chapel is the only medieval chapel still in use in the church. There has been a leak in the south aisle which has been repaired and the walls dried out but there is structural damage to the beams holding the roof and the aim is to repair this at the same time.
