St Mary's Balderstone, Church Tower and Spire

To rectify serious structural damage found as a result of quinquennial inspection and hence make the structure safe. To dismantle the top 14 meters of the spire and remove five corroded iron stabilising rings. To rebuild the spire fitting new stainless steal rings.
