St Mary’s (Bramall Lane) Community Centre, Sheffield – Lift Refurbishment (50335/D)

The Centre is a 3 storey building which hosts essential services and community activities for the benefit of the local community. Many of those who attend the Centre have mobility problems and they rely on the lift to access the upper floors. The existing lift has become worn and regularly breaks down; it can no longer be repaired by the maintenance company without major refurbishment.
This project aims to refurbish the lift to ensure the Centre is fully accessible and is able to continue its work supporting the most disadvantaged people in Sheffield.
A grant from the Trust will contribute towards the lift refurbishment.
