St Mary’s Church – Extension Project

An extension on the church to provide:
a) Toilets, including disabled facilities and baby changing facilities.
b) Two flexible meeting rooms for community use.
c) A refreshment preparation area.

We will attract a wider client group by provision of on-site facilities – particularly supporting the elderly and families with young children.

A wider range of church and community events and activities will be possible with the flexible meeting space – educational, training, children’s craft days, mum and toddler groups for example.

Community cohesion will be enhanced by a community asset, “owned” and “delivered” by the community themselves, available 7 days a week.
