St Mary’s Church Roof Restoration Appeal, Wreay

The aim of the project is to restore the roof of the church and make it watertight. The roof is constructed of natural stone tiles on wooden pegs and the wooden pegs have deteriorated and caused the stone tiles to slip. The internal decoration has suffered due to water ingress and this will be redecorated once watertight.
