St. Mary’s Church, Willand – Quinquennial Repairs

Undertake essential repairs to structure and drainage system of a Grade 1 Listed 15th century Church and Tower with 16th century north aisle and Victorian additions. South Wall threatened by collapse of drainage system and roots of adjacent Cypress tree. Localised repairs to roof and glazing. Removal and reinstatement of drainage, consolidation of eroded foundations, repairs internal/external masonry, underpinning, replacement rainwater goods and asbestos and reinstatement.Scaffolding and protection as required.
