St Marys Kippax -Community Hall roof repairs

The Parish Community Hall in Kippax (small community on outskirts of Leeds) was built in 1930s. It is in need of roof repairs. The roof is causing extreme condensation making the floors to the cloakroom areas very slippery. During the winter months a dehumidifier needs to be working 24/7 to keep everywhere in the cloakroom areas dry and safe.
