St Mary's Laisterdyke Community Hall, Bradford - New Building (5824/D)

The project relates to the building of a new community hall on the car park of St. Mary's church in order to provide a facility where many types of projects and activities for the benefit of the local community can be delivered once the building is complete. Such a facility will provide open and accessible place for all sections of the general public for cultural and recreational uses as well as for availing educational/training activities, thus improving community life and prospects of an area which is very severely and multiply-disadvantaged. The actual building project comprises two elements: the fabric of the building and internal finishes.
