St. Michael & All Angels Church, Brighton – Disabled access & tolets

Replacing existing access to the community Centre ( a steep flight of steps) with a stairway more suited to the needs of the people with minor disabilities, and mothers with prams & young children; and providing a wheelchair platform lift, to improve access to the Community Centre & the church; and providing wheelchair accessible toilets in the centre.
