St Michael and All Angels Church, Paulsgrove - Heating System and General Repairs (1783/D)

The project aims to install a new boiler and replacements will be made to the related heating system to meet current emissions standards and improve energy efficiency. High level gutters and downpipes will be inspected and cleared to trace and remove causes of damp areas of brickwork. New drainage hoppers and downpipes will be installed. Below ground drainage testing and inspection will be carried out and any blockages cleared. Old and clouded polycarbonate protection on five windows will be replaced, and the window frames redecorated. Plaster damaged by damp will be replaced and damaged areas redecorated. The Trust grant will contribute towards the heating system and general repairs.
