St Michaels and All Angels Church re-ordering, Alphington, Exeter

St Michael’s Church is at the centre of the community in Alphington, Exeter. It provides a base for a number of community services and needs to expand to support the growing community. The church will be extended to provide, at ground floor, a kitchen, servery and Toilets. Above, there will be a multipurpose meeting room. Alterations to paved areas and the removal of steps will improve access. Main entrance improvements will deliver enhanced space, compliance with DDA requirements and satisfy additional functional needs. Following internal enabling works, the construction of a Glazed Gallery will provide improved seating, dedicated office, additional meeting rooms, safe bell-ringing facilities, and a lift and staircase.
