St. Michael’s Church Hall, Benfleet – Community Hall Refurbishment (005767)

Refurbishment of Church Hall. The building dates from pre-1965 and has inadequate insulation, decaying exterior cladding and aged toilets with insufficient cubicles and awkward access. This project will replace exterior cladding all round with durable non-wooden cladding, strip out existing toilets and increase the number of ladies toilets, replacing older sanitary ware with modern sanitary ware, reline walls and fix tiling, fit suspended ceilings throughout the public areas for added insulation and appearance.
