St Michaels Church Steeple Refurbishment

The aim is to replace the wooden shingles and other timbers on the church steeple. The shingles have now reached the point where high winds cause them to fall off.
Some of the internal supporting timbers are original 12th century ones and may also need some strengthening.
Patch repairs have been carried out but we are advised by the architect to start soon.
