St Michael's Community Hall, Bampton - Refurbishment and outdoor space

The project is taking place over two phases: Phase 1 - To improve insulation value of the Hall. Currently single brick/timber fabricated building with no insulation. Carry out internal 'dry-lining' and install air-conditioning/de-humidifying system to address poor ventilated property that suffers significantly from condensation and mildew. Phase 2 - Carry out groundworks and the land at the rear of the property to provide a flat, safe, recreational area that could be utilised in 'fine' weather.
