St Michael’s Hall, Whitefield – Heating & Roofing

Install an electric air-to-air heating system. Top up insulation in the roof cavity. Re-roof the two flat roofs at the side of the main building. Replace soffits and fascias and general timber repairs. Replace asbestos gutters and pipes. Repaint the external walls.

The building was built in the late 1960s and since the building of our new Church we made the hall a community facility. The present heating is inadequate and we are losing users due to the cold. We have suffered from rain damage in our storerooms and loost stock. The outside needs renovating.
