St Nicholas Church, Peopleton, Vestry Roof Repairs

Repair and refurbishment of the vestry roof of St Nicholas Church, Peopleton, including:
a) Replacement and repair of Vestry roof finishes
b) Repair to lead valley
c) Replacement of eaves gutters to the vestry.

The need for the work was identified in a diocesan quinquennial inspection in January 2010. The work was classified as priority C to be done within five years. There is evidence of dampness on the wall of the vestry that joins the main church building, above which in an old lead valley.
