St Nicholas, Henstridge – North Chapel Re-Ordering

The PCC wishes to clear the North Chapel area which is at present filled with pews some of which is unusable. It envisages the cleared space being used for small scale services, meetings, practice sessions and other community activities. The project also removes some pews in the Nave and North Aisle to facilitate access to the North Chapel and generally to improve circulation. It would also create a space at the Chancel step for small scale recitals and other kindred activities.
