St Nicholas Priory Community Hub, Exeter – Heating

The fabric of the Priory is at risk of damage because its night storage & fan heating system is outdated, uneconomical and poses a significant fire risk. The new environmentally more sustainable system will secure the fabric of the building, protect the collections and medieval wall paintings and enable year round community use.
