St Oswalds Playgroup and Community Facility

To create a community centre meeting the needs of community regarding childcare provision, and provide a meeting hall for clubs & associations.

The facility will be a renewable energy showcase incorporating underfloor pellet heating, water recycling, solar heating and electricity generation.
