St Patrick’s Church Restoration Project

• To restore 40 pews in the church building.
• To assist a historic listed building in meeting modern expectations and thereby continue as a viable useful asset to the community of Portrush and its visitors.
• To lower energy costs through enabling week day Masses to be held in a small oratory which means the whole church building does not need to be heated.
• To reduce our carbon footprint through reduction in energy consumption.
• To deliver an immediate and recognisable benefit to our congregation and visitors through the provision of comfortable restored seating and kneeling.
• To prevent dereliction of the church building.
• To encourage volunteering within the community through the active participation of 40 volunteers in the project.
