St Patricks GAC, Community Hall

In 2009 we purchased the local hall to ensure the club and community had a base for activities and groups. The hall is in a poor state and needs improved for the benefit of everyone. It needs new windows, doors, insulation & heating to ensure that our users are comfortable & the hall is energy efficient. New furniture is also required. Disabled toilet facilities are necessary as are modern kitchen facilities so that the hall may be used for special occasions. The main body of the hall needs a new ceiling as the current suspended one is unsafe and lights that would withstand being hit by balls being used by our younger children. Our stage also needs refurbished to meet current health & safety regulations.
The exterior of the hall needs guttering, fascia & roof tiles repaired, masonry repainted and car park re-laid as some mobile classrooms belonging to the primary school who once occupied part of the site have been removed. Landscaping would be required when project is complete.
