St. Peter and St. Paul’s Parish Church – Fabric Repairs

The church is a Grade 1 listed building, with a history believed to be over 1000 years. Every 5 years, the Church Arhitect carries out a Quinquennial Review of the fabric of the church building. The last inspection was carried out in 2007 with another due later this year. Based on the outstanding items from the last inspection and defects that have arisen since, a list of work has been drawn up by the churchwardens which is required to remedy the observed fabric deterioration. This work list has been used by specialist contractors to quote for the work.
