St Peter’s Church Windrush – Renovation of floor, font and pews

This historic Gloucestershire Norman church of St Peter is grade 1 listed, dates from the 12th century and features unique Romanesque carving around its South doorway. Repairs to the nave floor and the conservation of historic ledger stones are urgently required to ensure the church can remain open daily for the regular visitors to the area and for church services. The works include the relocation of the historic font, which is currently leaning at an angle, and repairs to the pews.
