St. Peter’s Community Centre Refurbishment Project

St. Peter’s Community Centre is across the road from church, it was formerly the village school. The church bought the centre in 2002 and it has been run separately from PCC sincce then.The inside of the centre is in need of repair, a sub committee of the Parochial Council was formed in 2011 to oversee this, including three members of groups who use the centre.We want to swap the present kitchen, too small for present needs, with the office, too large, making them both more suitable for purpose. We wish to improve the insulation, heating and lighting, to become more energy efficient, damp proof the centre, replace rotting windows and re-decorate. The driveway to the centre needs re-surfacing.
