St. Simon & St. Jude, Quendon – Bell Tower Restoration

The wooden bell tower is rotten; although it has been regularly maintained. The project is to replace the rotten weather boarding, louvre panels, columns and arch capitals. The wood will be treated with preservatives and painted. This will retain and preserve this integral part of the church so that it continues to provide protection for the three chiming bells and ensures the future of the church in its present form.
