St Teresa's Parish Hall, Motherwell - Renovation Project

Remedial and upgrading of the property with the following specific elements : - Refurbishment of the entire Hall including sanding and varnishing of the large wood floor area, - New kitchen with replacement white goods to improve catering, storage and ventilation, - Refurbishment and renewal of the three toilet areas including the upgrading of the disabled toilet, - Renew electrical system throughout using energy-efficient lighting and fittings, - Renew all the radiators and replace the old boiler system with a much more efficient combi-boiler, - Replacement of existing tables and chairs.
