St Teresa’s Parish Hall, Motherwell – Renovation Project

Remedial and upgrading of the property with the following specific elements :
– Refurbishment of the entire Hall including sanding and varnishing of the large wood floor area,
– New kitchen with replacement white goods to improve catering, storage and ventilation,
– Refurbishment and renewal of the three toilet areas including the upgrading of the disabled toilet,
– Renew electrical system throughout using energy-efficient lighting and fittings,
– Renew all the radiators and replace the old boiler system with a much more efficient combi-boiler,
– Replacement of existing tables and chairs.
