St Thomas’ Church, Stockport – Community Development (50079/D)

The project aim is for the construction of washroom facilities and disabled access in the church. At present, the church is without washroom facilities or disabled access, which significantly restricts those who can use or visit the building. The project will entail the construction of three toilets at the west end of the church (male, female and disabled), the installation of a disabled access ramp at the main door, and the moving of a wooden screen to allow for the creation of a large community area.

The Trust grant will contribute towards the provision of disabled toilets and ramp including the moving of an oak screen to allow for the facility to be installed.
