St Vincent’s Centre, Southend – Community building improvements (007397)

• Anybody, no matter who they are, can walk into the hub and access the amenity when it is open for use.
• Depending on availability, the community activities which take place weekdays 10am-5pm (e.g. Community Choir, Yoga, English Classes, Computer Classes etc) are available for the public to access in the main building and meeting room. The public accessing these activities will benefit from the more usable and pleasant space which will result from the project with the addition of new windows, and the improved storage area to prevent items for storage encroaching on the activity areas.
• The mental health cafe, an activity resulting from this project will be open for everyone and anyone to use daily 9-4pm.
