St Werburghs Community Association – Werbuzz Werbuzz – Outdoor Spaces Project

Werbuzz Werbuzz Project focuses on transformation of the existing car park and improvements, and renewals to the perimeter gardens at St Werburghs Community Centre. It includes elements of landscaping, improving access, relocating recycling, providing interactive play equipment, outdoor seating and performance space, a sensory garden, and educational insect-themed displays. The raised beds will create a vegetable garden used on weekly basis by our Raking & Baking project participants, and vibrant, colourful year-round planting, which will make the space more welcoming.
To date we have raised funds to complete the renewals of the perimeter gardens and purchase all wood and tables and benches needed for the conversion of the car park. We are currently seeking funds to complete the creation of a hexagonal play.
