St. Woolos Cathedral Development and Conservation Project

The main aim of the project is to restore the fabric of the Cathedral and to preserve it as a major place of worship and pilgrimage for current and future generations. Successful completion of the complete project will allow us to (A) develop and expand the current wide range of activities that already attracts over 14000 visitors, pilgrims and users a year. (B) provide some improved disabled facilities and (C) address public and intellectual access to the Cathedral in terms of audience development and the experience derived from visiting a cathedral
