Stamford Tennis Clubhouse Roof Replacement

The clubhouse is a pre-fabricated building which dates back to the early 1960’s, it has been refurbished the inside and most of the outside over the last 4 years. The flat roof covering has not been replaced since 1995 and has been patched multiple times, it is now deteriorating in multiple places and starting to leak.
