Stanford-le-Hope Methodist Church - Renovation of Youth Hall

This is for major repairs to the Youth Hall roof: The area in question is a single storey building with a roof of large profile, asbestos sheeting. There are various points of water ingress due to general wear and tear, corrosion of bolt heads and cracking of the substrate. The project is to clean, refurbish where necessary and coat this existing corrugated roof to eradicate all current weatherproofing problems by application of Sprayseal high density rigid polyurethane foam (40kg/m3) giving total water protection and increased thermal insulation and affording a 10 year guarantee and then apply polyurethane high performance elastomeric membrane to foamed area. The process conforms to British Standards BS 5241 and BS 7021. The LCF is as a contribution to the Sprayseal work
